R2U 2025 convened nearly 300 housing leaders, developers, advocates, and public officials over two days of sessions, tours, and networking opportunities focused on equitable development, capital access, and policy reform. Hosted collaboratively by Front Porch Investments, the Omaha Municipal Land Bank and Spark CDI, the event served as a catalyst for solutions and momentum in the affordable housing space. The most popular tracks were Capital, Innovation, and Policy and 92% of attendees rated the event as excellent or good.
