Housing Justice and Grants Manager
Location: Omaha, NE (On-Site/Hybrid)
Salary Range: $65,000-$85,000
The Housing Justice and Grants Manager at Front Porch Investments plays a key role in advancing the organization’s mission to promote housing equity. This position leads both the Greenlining Fund Community Advisory Committee and the Development and Preservation Fund Grant Committee, overseeing grant management processes and stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment with affordable housing goals. The Manager also drives participatory grantmaking, fund evaluation, and community feedback integration to create meaningful housing outcomes.
Ideal candidates will have experience in grantmaking, program management, and/or community engagement, with the ability to manage complex projects and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. They should excel in communication, be proficient with grant management software and other tools, and demonstrate strong organizational skills. A commitment to housing justice and community empowerment, along with the ability to adapt to evolving needs, is essential.
