The Director of Housing Development leads Front Porch Investments’ efforts to shape the region’s affordable housing pipeline, deepen relationships with developers, and build partnerships across the affordable housing ecosystem. This is a leadership position that oversees fund administration as well as a proactive development strategy, ecosystem building, and project incubation. The role aligns lending, development, data, and partnerships to accelerate the production and preservation of affordable homes. The ideal candidate is a strategic, relationship-driven leader with deep development expertise who can navigate complex partnerships, generate creative solutions, and translate ideas into actionable projects.

Communications Manager

Salary Range: $58,226 - $96,801

The Communications Manager will lead all external communications, storytelling, brand management, and event strategy for Front Porch Investments. This role strengthens visibility with funders, partners, policymakers, and the broader community and ensures consistent, timely, and high-quality communications across digital channels, publications, and in-person convenings. The ideal candidate is an agile, detail-oriented communicator who can turn complex housing issues into clear, compelling stories while comfortably managing both strategy and hands-on execution.
