Senior Underwriter
Location: Omaha, NE (On-Site/Hybrid)
Hiring Range: $104,100 -$122,500 (target at midpoint)
Front Porch Investments is seeking a Senior Underwriter to lead the financial and credit analysis of affordable housing loans. This position will evaluate and structure complex transactions, conduct due diligence, prepare credit recommendations and guide approved loans through closing and handoff to our loan operations team.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced underwriter who understands real estate finance, layered capital structures and the unique considerations of affordable housing and community development with the ability to pair rigorous analysis and sound judgment with the ability to clearly communicate risks, recommend practical solutions and manage multiple transactions from due diligence through closing. This role will also help shape FPI’s internal underwriting practices, credit standards and workflows as we build a strong, consistent lending infrastructure for the future.
