Front Porch Investments and New Visions Homeless Services (NVHS) recently announced a transformative development opportunity in northwest Omaha. This is a unique chance to advance equitable housing development on land already acquired by New Visions. NVHS is in the early stages of developing 46 units of permanent supportive housing for senior veterans on the parcel north of this site.
OPPORTUNITY: The southern parcel will be conveyed to a selected development partner that demonstrates alignment with the values of New Visions, a clear commitment to long-term affordability, and the capacity to deliver an impactful housing development that complements the surrounding neighborhood.
