Jody Holston serves as Executive Director of Front Porch Investments, leading organizational strategy, partnerships, and capital deployment to expand affordable housing and advance systems-level change across the Omaha–Council Bluffs metro.

She brings more than 20 years of experience in homelessness services, supportive housing, real estate operations, and housing system transformation. Her background spans housing development, capital planning, program design, and cross-sector collaboration, with a strong focus on practical solutions that deliver long-term housing stability.

A native Omahan, Jody holds a degree in Social Work from North Carolina State University and is licensed in real estate in Nebraska and Iowa. She is committed to strengthening systems that improve access to safe, affordable homes for those most impacted by housing instability.

Eva Roberts is a strategic operational leader responsible for optimizing organizational processes, driving strategic initiatives, measuring impact, and ensuring strong coordination across teams as Front Porch scales its lending, development, grant making and policy work. She also supports strategic planning, governance, and fundraising functions, represents Front Porch with key external partners, and supervises staff responsible for communications and public policy.

She brings broad experience in philanthropy, nonprofit management, and public-sector systems, with a focus on leveraging partnerships, improving organizational performance, and influencing systems to achieve lasting social change.

Eva holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Vassar College, a master’s degree in Justice and Social Inquiry, and an MBA. She is a graduate of Leadership Omaha Class 41 and currently serves on the boards of the Food Bank for the Heartland and the Center for Nutrition and Health Impact.

Greg Paskach leads Front Porch Investments' housing development work, helping shape the region’s affordable housing pipeline by deepening relationships with developers and building partnerships across the affordable housing ecosystem.

He has extensive knowledge of affordable housing policy, funding, development, and operations through experience as a city planner, affordable housing compliance analyst, financial analyst, and asset manager.

Greg holds a bachelor’s degree in Religion from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a master’s degree from Clark University in Community Development and Planning. Away from work, you’ll find him adventuring outside with his family and traveling by bike.

Aidan Posey manages Front Porch Investments’ housing loan fund, overseeing underwriting, portfolio management, and coordination with development partners to advance high-impact affordable housing projects.

He brings experience in private equity investment and multifamily housing development, with strengths in financial analysis, complex funding structures, and project management. His work focuses on aligning capital with community priorities while maintaining strong risk management and performance standards.

Aidan holds degrees in Business Administration and Spanish from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and is licensed in real estate in Nebraska. He is committed to strengthening the Omaha community through the development of sustainable, high-quality affordable housing.

Yolanda R. Williams, known as “Ms. Yo,” leads Front Porch Investments’ housing justice and grantmaking work, ensuring programs are community-informed, equitable, and aligned with organizational goals.

She brings more than 20 years of experience in urban education leadership, public service, community advocacy, and equity-focused systems work. Her background includes governance, policy advising, and community leadership roles that inform a resident-centered approach to program design and investment.

Yolanda holds a bachelor’s degree in Arts Management and an associate degree in Interior Design. She has served on numerous boards and received the National Coalition of 100 Black Women–Greater Omaha Chapter’s Education Legacy Award.

Raechel Kramer provides administrative and operational support to executive leadership and the broader team, helping ensure strong coordination, follow-through, and day-to-day effectiveness at Front Porch Investments.

She brings experience in healthcare operations, training and development, and managing large, complex teams. Raechel is known for her collaborative approach, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Raechel holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and is committed to supporting Front Porch’s mission through reliable, mission-aligned operational support.

Jacey Becerra serves as Communications Manager at Front Porch Investments leading the organization’s communications, storytelling, and public voice. She shapes messaging, brand, and engagement efforts to ensure clarity, consistency, and impact across audiences and platforms. Her role connects storytelling, digital strategy, media relations, and events to amplify impact and strengthen connection.

She brings experience in strategic and mission-centered communications, reputation management, marketing, and event coordination. Her work focuses on purpose-driven storytelling that elevates the organization’s impact and the people behind it, while remaining grounded in performance and measurable results.

Jacey holds a degree in Marketing from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and is committed to communications that advance the mission of Front Porch Investments, elevating its work and the work of its partners and contributing to lasting community impact in the Omaha–Council Bluffs metro.
