Jody is strongly committed to making a positive impact in the Omaha community and has dedicated her career to affordable housing solutions. She has broad experience with complex funding streams in the development of housing and has provided leadership in the areas of property management, maintenance, and capital improvements. Her expertise in strategic planning, operations, and project management have been instrumental in spearheading numerous initiatives aimed at increasing the availability of affordable housing. A native Omahan, Jody received a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from North Carolina State University, holds certifications in Public Housing Executive Management and Residential Investment, and will soon be a graduate of Leadership Omaha, Class 46. Her dedication to social impact has earned her recognition as a trusted leader and advocate for affordable housing initiatives.

Eva is a versatile social impact leader committed to leveraging partnerships and influencing systems to achieve lasting social change. She has broad experience in community and economic development through philanthropy, nonprofits, and the public sector. Prior to joining Front Porch Investments, Eva worked at the Buffett Early Childhood Fund, in several child-serving nonprofits, and in the Arizona Governor’s Office for Children, Youth and Families. She is a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), a graduate of Leadership Omaha, and a member of the Food Bank for the Heartland Board of Directors.

Bri is a dedicated community organizer with a commitment to preserving the neighborhoods of East Omaha and driving positive change through engagement, partnerships, and advocacy. Motivated by a sense of justice and a desire to effect real change, she began community organizing while pursuing her studies in public health and policy. She has experience in both the public sector, having worked at the Nebraska Legislature, and within community capacity-building organizations such as One Omaha and Spark CDI. Bri extends her impact through her service as a board member on the Omaha Public Schools Board, where she actively contributes to shaping the educational landscape of Omaha. Additionally, she serves as a mentor for the Nebraska Civic Engagement Table's Lobby School, demonstrating her commitment to developing the next generation of civic leaders.

Tess is passionate about community progress and believes in the power of authentic relationships and resource sharing to bring about lasting change. Committed to the advocacy of access, equity, and community voice, Tess seeks to be a resource to others, connecting them with opportunities to advance their missions and celebrate their work. Tess has expansive experience in the nonprofit and arts sectors, including roles at the Omaha Community Foundation and Bemis Center for Contemporary Arts. Tess is a graduate of the Rising Leaders Institute through NAM/ynpnGO and the Omaha Municipal Land Bank's Ambassador Program, and she currently serves as a grant reviewer for the Nebraska Arts Council as well as Board Treasurer for Amplify Arts.
