Jody Holston, Executive Director
Jody Holston serves as Executive Director of Front Porch Investments, leading organizational strategy, partnerships, and capital deployment to expand affordable housing and advance systems-level change across the Omaha–Council Bluffs metro.
She brings more than 20 years of experience in homelessness services, supportive housing, real estate operations, and housing system transformation. Her background spans housing development, capital planning, program design, and cross-sector collaboration, with a strong focus on practical solutions that deliver long-term housing stability.
A native Omahan, Jody holds a degree in Social Work from North Carolina State University and is licensed in real estate in Nebraska and Iowa. She is committed to strengthening systems that improve access to safe, affordable homes for those most impacted by housing instability.

Eva Roberts, Director of Operations & Impact
Eva Roberts is senior leadership at Front Porch Investments, overseeing operations, performance management, and impact strategy to ensure the organization’s work is effective, accountable, and positioned for sustainable growth.
She brings broad experience in philanthropy, nonprofit management, and public-sector systems, with a focus on leveraging partnerships, improving organizational performance, and influencing systems to achieve lasting social change.
Eva holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Vassar College, a master’s degree in Justice and Social Inquiry and Business Administration. She is a graduate of Leadership Omaha and currently serves on the boards of the Food Bank for the Heartland and the Center for Nutrition and Health Impact.

Aidan Posey, Housing Loan Fund Manager
Aidan Posey manages Front Porch Investments’ housing loan fund, overseeing underwriting, portfolio management, and coordination with development partners to advance high-impact affordable housing projects.
He brings experience in private equity investment and multifamily housing development, with strengths in financial analysis, complex funding structures, and project management. His work focuses on aligning capital with community priorities while maintaining strong risk management and performance standards.
Aidan holds degrees in Business Administration and Spanish from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and is licensed in real estate in Nebraska. He is committed to strengthening the Omaha community through the development of sustainable, high-quality affordable housing.

Yolanda Williams, Housing Justice and Grants Manager
Yolanda R. Williams, known as “Ms. Yo,” leads Front Porch Investments’ housing justice and grantmaking work, ensuring programs are community-informed, equitable, and aligned with organizational goals.
She brings more than 20 years of experience in urban education leadership, public service, community advocacy, and equity-focused systems work. Her background includes governance, policy advising, and community leadership roles that inform a resident-centered approach to program design and investment.
Yolanda holds a bachelor’s degree in Arts Management and an associate degree in Interior Design. She has served on numerous boards and received the National Coalition of 100 Black Women–Greater Omaha Chapter’s Education Legacy Award.

Terri Pohl, Advocacy and Communications Manager
Terri Pohl leads advocacy and communications for Front Porch Investments, advancing housing policy priorities and strengthening engagement across the housing ecosystem.
She brings experience in state and federal policy, government affairs, communications, and relationship management, with a focus on translating complex housing issues into clear, actionable strategies. Her work supports pragmatic approaches to systems change and public engagement.
Terri holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Southern California and a bachelor’s degree in political science. Her background in policy and communications informs Front Porch’s advocacy strategy and external partnerships.

Raechel Kramer, Executive Coordinator
Raechel Kramer provides administrative and operational support to executive leadership and the broader team, helping ensure strong coordination, follow-through, and day-to-day effectiveness at Front Porch Investments.
She brings experience in healthcare operations, training and development, and managing large, complex teams. Raechel is known for her collaborative approach, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Raechel holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and is committed to supporting Front Porch’s mission through reliable, mission-aligned operational support.
